Lisa Granick

Partner

Lisa has been working with healthcare innovators and investors at FSI since 1992 and brings that comprehensive experience to bear on all client work. She has broad and deep experience in assessing markets, understanding how hospitals and other customers choose to go forward with innovative products, and the strategies that work to maximize adoption. Lisa works with companies, investors and associations identifying, evaluating and planning growth initiatives, including investment diligence. Lisa has extensive experience in the cardiac, peripheral vascular, neurosurgical, orthopedics, and women’s health sectors. In addition to working with device companies, she has worked with many healthcare IT, monitoring/diagnostics, and niche service companies as well as with a number of professional associations in healthcare.


Lisa was formerly a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to business school, she was an engineer with Motorola.


Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of Materna Medical, an innovator in pelvic health, and as a board observer for CardioFocus.
