Brett Larson

Brett has an extensive track record of identifying organic growth and M&A opportunities for leading biopharma clients and investors. His approach incorporates deep analytical rigor, competitive intelligence, and market research to support strategic planning throughout product lifecycles. Brett’s focus activities include commercial assessment, forecasting, portfolio prioritization, and due diligence.
Brett joined FSI from Kx Advisors where he was a Vice President and Head of the Boston office. At Kx Advisors, he was responsible for developing the firm’s specific expertise within CNS disorders, rare diseases, and dermatology reflecting the perspective of providers, payers and patients. Previously, he worked at Leerink Partners providing investment banking research coverage for emerging biotech companies and at Trinity as a strategy consultant to biopharma and medical device clients. He started his career conducting trauma physiology research at the University of Vermont.
Brett currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Boston’s Homeless organization and is actively involved in additional volunteer activities.
