Fletcher Spaght Venture Partners (FSVP), an investment corporation, was formed to accomplish two goals: Facilitate alignment of FSI's objectives with those of our clients. Often FSI will substitute a portion of our fees for equity/options creating a risk/reward relationship with our clients. Provide our staff with an individual opportunity to invest in promising new ventures and selected private equity funds. Access to these investment vehicles is a key employment benefit at FSI. FSVP holds equity/options in several dozen companies.
